Henry Fernandes Goss brings an accomplished real estate background to the Managing Broker position at Windermere Real Estate Shoreline. Henry grew up breathing real estate. Henry credits his beloved mom, Elisabeth Fernandes Gomes Goss with his success. She owned one of the first minority woman-owned real estate offices in Upper Darby/West Philadelphia. She was the Designated Broker/Owner of her family-owned real estate office. Under her guidance, Henry absorbed the family business values and the importance of solid real estate brokerage. Henry’s beloved father was the Secretary of a large labor union on the East Coast.

Henry's experience includes property appraisal, property insurance sales, and instructor for the Washington State Housing Commission. Practicing real estate since 1975, Henry has managed his family-owned real estate business in Philadelphia, then moved on to practice as a broker in 1990 at Windermere RE Company offices in the Seattle area. January of 2011 brought Henry to Windermere Real Estate Shoreline, where he now offers real estate guidance and Buyer/ Seller representation.

Specialties: residential sales, contract negotiation, property marketing, appraisal, Buyer agency, Seller agency, Broker coaching and training.
